That's how it is today. Plus the rain is pouring too. I hate it. I like sunny days where I can go outside and excercise. That would be helpful. OK, how about a poem for a verbal picture today, instead of a normal picture. Or maybe...

I'm obviously not sorted out here. I need some tips. Let me supply you with a picture of how I'm feeling right now, with all this dark, cold, horrible weather and feelings. It's called A Tunnel. There is a small light that will lead me out, but right now I'm still stuck in it.
